Versasoft Solutions

Versasoft Solutions is an IT development company that provides web development, graphic design, internet marketing, and technical support. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

The natural audience is IT departments. Related areas on their profile: Graphic Design, IT Management, Technical Support and Web Development. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Versasoft Solutions is based in Morgan Hill, California. Their site is versasoftsolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
