VerbGENIUS

VerbGENIUS is a progressive company that offers IT consulting, software development, training, big data, and cloud services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

VerbGENIUS is based in Richmond, Virginia. Their site is verbgenius.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
