Verateq

Verateq specializes in the billing validation study, SkyView ASP, SS7 probe feasibility and design study. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Telecommunications. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Verateq is based in Platte City, Missouri. More on verateq.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Verateq, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
