Ventus

Ventus is a wireless company providing managed network-as-a-service solutions. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Network Security, Service Industry, Telecommunications and Wireless. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Ventus is based in Norwalk, Connecticut and founded in 1999. You can read more at ventusgns.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
