VEN Solutions

VEN Solutions was incorporated with the specific mission to provide high-quality Software Development Services, Staffing Services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

VEN Solutions is based in Irving, Texas. Their site is vensolve.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with VEN Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
