VelocityOne Group

VelocityOne Group is a consulting firm that assists managers in making strategic, operational, technological, and organizational decisions. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Outsourcing. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

VelocityOne Group is based in Irvine, California and around since 2010. More on velocityonegroup.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know VelocityOne Group well, your review carries weight here.
