VCloud9

VCloud9 provides CRM, ERP and managed IT services for manufacturing, professional services and construction companies. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: CRM, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

VCloud9 is based in Keyport, New Jersey. Their site is vcloud9.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used VCloud9? Rate it.
