vCloud Tech

Software Reseller is one of North America's leading IT solutions & managed service providers. That is the short version of vCloud Tech. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing and IT Management. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

vCloud Tech is based in Rolling Hills Estates, California. More on vcloudtech.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know vCloud Tech well, your review carries weight here.
