VCE

VCE is an infrastructure solutions provider company. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services and Infrastructure, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a large team, 1,001 to 5,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

VCE is based in Richardson, Texas and around since 2009. More on vce.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
