Vargas Solutions

Vargas Solutions is an IT company that specializes in software implementation, data conversion, and tax software consulting services. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Business Development, Consulting, Software Engineering and Tax Consulting. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Vargas Solutions is based in Jacksonville, Florida. More on vargassolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
