VARCommerce

VARCommerce is a SaaS solution provider that focuses on the success of the IT VAR by providing tools that improve business processes. In practice that means running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

Who is it for? Mostly teams that want fewer tools. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

VARCommerce is based in Powell, Ohio and founded in 2012. Their site is varcommerce.com.

Things worth asking about: automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with VARCommerce, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
