Vandalay Technology Services

Vandalay Technology Svcs. provides IT solutions, managed services, and cybersecurity for small and medium-sized businesses. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing and Cyber Security. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Vandalay Technology Services is based in Fort Worth, Texas. Their site is vantechnology.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Vandalay Technology Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
