Vancor Systems

Vancor Systems is a software consulting firm that provides software solutions and computer consulting services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Vancor Systems is based in Manalapan, New Jersey. Their site is vancorsystems.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Vancor Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
