Valid8

Valid8.com helps the world's networks work by providing the best methods to simulate and test network equipment and communication protocols. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Telecommunications, Test and Measurement, Video and VoIP. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Valid8 is based in Wakefield, Massachusetts. You can read more at valid8.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Valid8, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
