v5 Technologies

v5 Technologies is a firm that renders custom software applications, ERP, hardware and networking solutions to various sectors. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Hardware and Professional Networking, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

v5 Technologies is based in Park Ridge, Illinois. More on v5tech.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
