V-Empower

V-Empower provides IT services such as content management, application development, security, consulting, SEO and SEM. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Consulting, Cyber Security, SEM and SEO, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

V-Empower is based in Bowie, Maryland and around since 2000. More on v-empower.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
