UXPA Cleveland

UXPA Celeveland is an user experience professionals association for the UX community. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

UXPA Cleveland is based in Cleveland, Ohio. More on uxpacleveland.org.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
