UTZO

UTZO is the only application that connects homeowners with local vetted on-demand professionals for their projects within their proximity. Put simply, it is about solving a specific business problem with software.

Who is it for? Mostly teams in its space. They also list Construction, Home and Garden, Home Improvement, Home Renovation and Home Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

UTZO is based in Fremont, California. Their site is utzo.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Nobody has reviewed UTZO on Revaw yet. If you use it, your rating goes first, and it takes about twenty seconds.
