Utility Sentry

Utility Sentry provides a web-based utility management software system that monitors and displays the usage of water, gas and electricity. Put simply, it is about designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Utility Sentry is based in Gastonia, North Carolina. More on utilitysentry.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
