Utilitise provides IT solutions that use artificial intelligence to detect, monitor, and resolve system issues automatically. The job it does: handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI) and IT Infrastructure, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
