USMAT

USMAT provides acoustics, machine learning, diver/ocean systems, and human systems for government, armed forces, and commercial customers. In practice that means building, training and deploying machine learning models.

Who is it for? Mostly data science teams. They also list Machine Learning, Marine Technology and Military, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
