UserWay

UserWay is a pioneer in innovative AI-Powered website accessibility technologies. In practice that means building AI products and features, often for other companies.

Who is it for? Mostly companies adding AI to a product. Alongside the main category they mention Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Web Development. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

UserWay is based in Wilmington, Delaware and around since 2015. Their site is userway.org.

Things worth asking about: track record, data handling, and who owns the models. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with UserWay, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
