Userfly

userfly.com provides website usability testing services. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Userfly is based in San Francisco, California. You can read more at userfly.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Nobody has reviewed Userfly on Revaw yet. If you use it, your rating goes first, and it takes about twenty seconds.
