User Solutions

User Solutions offers production planning, capacity planning, scheduling and tracking software for manufacturing and operations management. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Information Services and Manufacturing. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

User Solutions is based in South Lyon, Michigan and founded in 1991. Their site is usersolutions.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
