USA Software

USA Software stays abreast of the latest technological trends in offering a wide range of solutions to law enforcement agencies. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Cyber Security and Law Enforcement, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

USA Software is based in Fort Myers, Florida. Their site is usa-software.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
