US Tracers

US Tracers is a provider of information service through its database to customers operating in fields such as banking, law, and finance. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Database, Financial Services and Information Services. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

US Tracers is based in Lake Forest, California and founded in 1993. More on ustracers.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know US Tracers well, your review carries weight here.
