UrbanEngineer

UrbanEngineer is a applicant tracking product. Mobile and Web Application for instant booking on contract & full-time positions. In practice that means posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

The natural audience is recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Cloud Computing, Employment, Mobile and Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

UrbanEngineer is based in Novato, California and around since 2013. You can read more at urbanengineer.com.

Before you commit, look at job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
