Urban Technology Project

Urban Technology Project is an apprenticeship center that offers digital media, educational technology, and IT support services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Education and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Urban Technology Project is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. You can read more at utp-philly.org.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
