Urbaceous Inc.

Urbaceous Inc. is a webinar and events product. Event Management, Event Planning, Collaboration Application. In practice that means solving a specific business problem with software.

It makes the most sense for teams in its space. They also list Event Management, Project Management and Wedding, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Urbaceous Inc. is based in San Carlos, California. Their site is urbaceous.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Urbaceous Inc., tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
