Uptick Systems

Uptick Systems is an IT consulting, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server DBA training and Staffing company. In practice that means posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

Who is it for? Mostly recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Consulting and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Uptick Systems is based in Gaithersburg, Maryland. You can read more at upticksystems.com.
