Upside Digital

Upside Digital is a software development company that provides software solutions to optimize supply chain processes. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Software Engineering, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Upside Digital is based in Essex, Connecticut and around since 2015. Their site is upsidedigital.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Upside Digital, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
