Upper Valley Computer

Upper Valley Computer provides computer repair, virus removal, data backup, and recovery services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Hardware and Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Upper Valley Computer is based in Windsor, Vermont and founded in 2005. You can read more at uppervalleycomputer.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
