Unlockdbox

Unlockdbox Inc. provides a real estate networking app for agents to request home showings and connect locally. Put simply, it is about designing and building iOS and Android apps.

Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Mobile Apps and Real Estate, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Unlockdbox is based in Los Angeles, California. More on unlockdbox.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
