UnitedTekGroup

UnitedTekGroup is an IT firm that offers software development, big data, and cloud computing services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Big Data and Cloud Computing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

UnitedTekGroup is based in Kent, Washington and founded in 2018. You can read more at unitedtekgroup.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with UnitedTekGroup, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
