United Software Group

United Software Group is an information technology consulting company that offers customized IT products, services and solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Information Services. They are a large team, 1,001 to 5,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

United Software Group is based in Dublin, Ohio and around since 2002. You can read more at usgrpinc.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
