United Dealer Solutions

United Dealer Solutions is a software company that offers real-time chargeback recovery and cancellation shield solutions. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Automotive, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

United Dealer Solutions is based in Rancho Mirage, California. More on udsnow.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
