Unique Computer Services

Unique Computer Services provides multi- vendor transport network systems software. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Telecommunications. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Unique Computer Services is based in Manalapan, New Jersey. Their site is unique-inc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Unique Computer Services well, your review carries weight here.
