Unilogistix

Unilogistix is an embedded systems consultant and firmware development firm that provides software and hardware services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Embedded Systems and Hardware. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Unilogistix is based in Des Plaines, Illinois. Their site is unilogistix.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Unilogistix, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
