Unify Systems

Unify Systems is a consulting firm that specializes in business transformation and ERP system implementation services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Computing and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Unify Systems is based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Their site is unifysys.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Unify Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
