Unified AV Systems

Unified AV Systems is an information technology company that provides audiovisual services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Robotics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Unified AV Systems is based in Los Angeles, California. Their site is unifiedav.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Unified AV Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
