Ultratel

Ultratel is a technical consulting company that provides systems integration and embedded systems. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. They also list Consulting, Embedded Software, Embedded Systems and Network Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Ultratel is based in Centennial, Colorado. Their site is sdlab.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Ultratel well, your review carries weight here.
