Ultra Link

Ultra Link delivers integrated system solutions for fibre optics, voice & data networks along with installation and maintenance of networks. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Communication Hardware and Network Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Ultra Link is based in Auburn, California and around since 1992. Their site is ultralinkinc.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Ultra Link? Rate it.
