UKG

Here is UKG in plain terms. Ultimate Kronos Group is a provider of cloud-based people management solutions. The job it does: keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

The natural audience is HR teams and growing companies. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Management and Human Resources, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a large team, 1,001 to 5,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

UKG is based in Weston, Florida and around since 1990. Their site is ultimatesoftware.com.

Before you commit, look at payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with UKG, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
