UGAL

Ugal is a web-based application to create, maintain and host dynamic, next generation websites for small businesses. In practice that means designing and building websites and web apps.

The natural audience is companies that need a site that works and ranks. Alongside the main category they mention Web Design. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

UGAL is based in Portland, Oregon and founded in 2006. Their site is ugal.com.
