UCX

UCX is a software firm that stays abreast in offering modern cloud architecture in empowering sellers by virtualizing their selling process. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Management. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

UCX is based in Chicago, Illinois and around since 2014. You can read more at ucxtech.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know UCX well, your review carries weight here.
