TZA

TZA is a computer software company specializing in labor management software, performance management, and supply chain consulting services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Consumer Electronics. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

TZA is based in Long Grove, Illinois. You can read more at tza.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with TZA, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
