Tycan

Tycan is an IT outsourcing company offering software development and digital marketing solutions. The job it does: running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized businesses. Related areas on their profile: Digital Marketing and Outsourcing. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Tycan is based in Sunnyvale, California. More on tycaninc.com.

Our checklist for this category: who does the work day to day, reporting cadence, and contract length. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Tycan, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
