Turtle Beach

Turtle Beach Corporation designs innovative, market-leading audio products. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consumer Electronics and Hardware. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Turtle Beach is based in Valhalla, New York and founded in 1975. You can read more at turtlebeach.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
