Tubepress

Tubepress is an information and technology firm that provides solution to add video galleries to website. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Video and Video Streaming. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Tubepress is based in San Diego, California. Their site is tubepress.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Tubepress, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
