TTnet Computers.com

TTnet Computers.com offers computer and network services, web design, and custom software development. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services and Web Design, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

TTnet Computers.com is based in Milford, Pennsylvania. You can read more at ttnetcomputers.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used TTnet Computers.com? Rate it.
